Young people, parents and carers who use healthcare services in Dorset are being asked to give feedback on what’s good and what could be done better.

Views given will help inform improvements to services for local children and young people up to the age of 25, including bringing care closer and identifying problems at an earlier stage enabling earlier interventions.

Views can be given online via the Dorset’s Vision website – – or by completing a survey and sending it back free of charge to Bournemouth University.

Printed surveys can be requested via email or by calling 01305 368073.

A number of view seeking events will also be taking place before the deadline of 18 May 2018, details of which will be made available via the website and on social media.

The online survey takes about ten minutes to complete and asks respondents for views on the care they receive at home, via their GP surgery, community hospital and educational establishment.

All information given is confidential and will only be used for this particular project.

The survey runs until Friday May 18.
