There are just over two weeks left for young people, parents and carers who use physical healthcare services in Dorset to give their feedback on what’s good and what could be done better across the county.

Views given will help inform improvements to services for local children and young people up to the age of 25, including bringing care closer and identifying problems at an earlier stage enabling earlier interventions.

Views can be given by completing the online survey at

Printed and easy-read surveys can also be requested via email or by calling 01305 368073.

Views are also being sought at a number of meetings and events with children, young people, parents and carers; including in a number of local schools.

The online survey takes about ten minutes to complete and asks respondents for views on the care they receive at home, via their GP surgery, community hospital and educational establishment.

All information given is confidential and people can sign up to stay informed and involved in using the views sought to help design future plans.

The survey runs until Friday May 18.
