NHS Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) will present its annual accounts online on Wednesday 30 September 2020 from 9.30am.
A short video detailing the accounts and key activity from the last 12 months will be shown along with local GP Dr Christina Hawkins talking about her experiences of working in primary care during the COVID-19 pandemic and what steps are being taken to ensure care is still available.
Questions are being invited during the video presentation which will be answered by Chief Officer Tim Goodson, Chief Finance Officer Nikki Rowland and Director of Nursing and Quality Vanessa Read. Those questions not answered on the day will be published online shortly afterwards along with responses.
For people who do not have access to the internet, copies of the presentations will be made available following the event. These can be requested by phoning 01202 541946 and leaving the relevant details.
A copy of the Annual Report is available online via www.dorsetccg.nhs.uk/ccg/about/agm/.
The presentation will be made via the NHS Dorset CCG website. To join, visit https://www.dorsetccg.nhs.uk/latest-news/ where the link will go live at 9am.
Chief Officer Tim Goodson “Although we are doing things a bit differently this year to reduce the risk to both staff and public we hope that people will be able to take the time to watch our presentation video which will be a retrospective view of the financial year 2019/20.
Although we can’t be in the same room we are inviting questions as we would normally do and hope to answer as many as we can once the presentation has ended. We appreciate that not everyone will be able to attend virtually so will be making the video available shortly afterwards so people can watch it.”
