Harry Redknapp and his wife Sandra have become two of the latest people living in Dorset to get their COVID-19 vaccination.
Harry and Sandra were invited to get their vaccination as members of the first cohorts which see those aged 70 and over offered a jab along with those who are extremely clinically vulnerable and frontline health and social care workers.
Harry said “Very simple, it was easy – I didn’t even feel it. It’s great to have finally got the vaccine. Get along and have it done, I think we need to do it – if we all have the vaccine there is more chance of everybody staying safe and that is very important.
It’s no pain but plenty to gain.
The NHS have just been amazing, we owe them such a debt for what they’ve done throughout this pandemic – it’s been amazing they’re special people and we have to keep supporting them.”
