We want everyone living in Dorset to experience the best mental health and wellbeing possible, and we need your help to make that happen.

We would like to hear about your experiences of mental health services, resources and support in Dorset during and after pregnancy. This is often called maternal or perinatal mental health services. If you’ve accessed any of these services, support or resources in the last two years, we want to hear about your experiences. Support for people might range from a visit to a GP, health visitor or midwife to mental health services and online support.

If you are 16 or over, we would like to hear your honest opinions about your experiences. We want to know how you feel people could be enabled to improve their mental health and wellbeing during pregnancy and beyond, and how well you think this is done at the moment. This information will help to inform discussions we have with local people to help develop future services in Dorset.
