Your NHS – Here For You
People living in Dorset are rightly concerned about contracting COVID-19 and the advice to remain at home wherever possible remains the same. However, clinical leaders across Dorset are asking local people to seek the non-COVID-19 medical help they feel they might need, and not delay and potentially store up more problems.
Please contact your GP surgery by phone or using the eConsult form on practice websites or contact NHS 111 to get the advice you need.
New Dorset Health and Care Library – for support and guidance during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond featuring trusted apps for both mental and physical health.
Cancer Matters – if you have symptoms you’re worried could be cancer it is important that you still seek advice, so please contact your GP surgery by phone or submit an online form using the e-consult form which can be found on GP websites.

Dorset Mind’s great new online platform offers virtual tours of different Dorset locations to help you relax. During the tours, you can listen to music, see on-screen prompts, inspirational quotes, and animated directions focused on breathing.
